Improve your active lifestyle with a Full-Body resistance based workout.
We show you a Full-Body workout routine, starting with a warm up, followed by Upper & Lower Body exercises,
that you will be able to perform at home, outdoors or when traveling.
As a special we will finish with couple of exercises and tips for the "topic" of the week.
