    As we have real people working on your evaluation, it might take 12-48 hours to receive the link. However we do our best to get you the workoutvideo as quick as possible.
  • How am I able to watch the video ?
    You will receive a personal unlisted YouTube link, where you will be able to watch and stream it at anytime.
  • How can online training be personal?
    You will receive an evaluation, that lets us determine a suitable workout-program, adjusted to your needs and goals.
