Service Description

Get a Personal Online Training Session. Train safe from your home with Coach Mat, with or without equipment. We can include body weight exercises, kettlebells, resistance bands and other equipment that you have laying around at home. Before the start of your session, you will receive a workout form , that will ask you for your goals and experience, so that we can start getting to know you better and prepare the session accordingly.
