6-year old Lorelei, 2019 IBJJF World Jiu-Jitsu champion, shows off some of her Jiu-Jitsu moves & warm-ups, which help her improve in her favorite sport.
Her specialty guard is the Butterfly-guard, an essential detail about the guard is to keep the feet (ankles) connected and engaged around the opponent's leg.
By implementing the Short-Range Bands and simulating movements, we can create extra resistance, to improve strength and simulate drills for muscle memory, such as her favorite Butterfly-guard.
